Food, food everywhere and boy is there food EVERYWHERE these days, and I love it!
I’ve become so excited that through TV and media everyone can now have access to learning how to make such good food for ourselves, friends and family.
Food. The warmth, the fun, the sheer pleasure it affords on bringing together people. The anticipation, the feel good factor during and after how you will be insulin steady, nicely satiated and ready for what ever next you’ve planned in your day, or night! What’s not to like?
I’ve recently come across some of these recipes as new or variations on what I already do. Others, I’ve always indulged and nourished my body and mind on.
When I work with individual’s and businesses the first thing I address is what and how we are fuelling our bodies and mind with. I know just how much of a difference getting those not normally into healthy food will benefit from some further understanding of the wonderful world of seriously GOOD food.
You know, that gut feeling…
We now know that to have optimum stomach and gut health you can reset and repair so many failings that you may have done to your body. I understand that for many of us its been because of lack of interest, time and or affordability. That’s life.
Good food is food that is just the same price as any other processed or poor food. In fact, mostly cheaper. You just need to know what to buy and how to simply prepare it and then make the chemistry magic bit, as new dishes you’ve never done before assemble in front of your eyes. Et voila!
Knowing and feeling the proof of improved Health is most certainly in the eating.
